为深入细致了解美国专利商标局复审程序，深圳市专利协会携手美国史佳录知识产权律师事务所（Sughrue Mion, PLLC）联合举办本次讲座。来自美国华盛顿的史佳录知识产权律师事务所资深专利律师团队，将对美国专利商标局复审程序进行全程实景演习。有关事项通知如下：

第1部分 - IPR前奏：导致公司内部法律顾问之间进行IPR讨论的典型情况, 平行地区法院诉讼, 美国发明法案(AIA)诉讼程序类型和要求, 地区法院与IPR之间的时间关系, 法定限制和合宪性.

Part 1 – Prelude to an IPR: typical scenario leading to an IPR discussion between in-house counsel, parallel district court litigation, types of AIA Trials and requirements of each, Inter-relationship of timing between district court and IPR, statutory bars and constitutionality.

Part 3 – Patent Owner's Preliminary Response: deliberations by Patent Owner’s Counsel during pre-institutions phase, interactions with the Board judges, additional discovery and requirements, objections to Evidence and institution of IPR and rehearing.

第4部分 - 诉讼程序的进行：IPR启动后专利所有人的回应，对专利所有人回应的限制, 证据异议和纠正, 宣誓作证和礼节, 对交叉取证的观察, 和专利所有人的修改动议.

Part 4 – Conduct of the Proceedings: Patent Owner's Response after Institution, constraints on Patent Owner Responses, evidentiary objections and cures, deposition and protocol, Observations on Cross Examination and Patent Owner's Motion to Amend.

第5部分 - 预审和审判阶段：审前检阅，示范性证物的限制, 口头听证会，最终书面决定，关于证据动议的决定, 关于修改动议的决定, 重新审理和上诉, 和禁止反言。

Part 5 – Pre-Trial and Trial Phase: Pre-trial reviews, limitations on demonstrative exhibits, oral hearing, final written decision, decision on Evidentiary Motion, decision on Motion to Amend, rehearing and appeal, and estoppel.
